The flood!

the must have been a walkway down there cause their is stairs leading to it.

When we were coming from Nebraska and trying to get into Missouri there was a lot of flooding problems which made us detour all the way down to Kansas because they had closed all the bridges for flooding and here are some pictures of the Mississippi flooding.

St. Louis Arch!

When we went through Missouri we had to stop at the St. Louis Arch. I had been before when my family visited St. Louis when I was younger and I definitely think it was worth going back again. Not everyone know's is there is a little museum under the arch in the same area where you pretty much get in what feels like a dryer and go all the way up to the top and look out over the Mississippi River and the city of St. Louis. I especially loved seeing Ryan and Wrenley's reaction to the view Wrenley just kept saying "OH WOW" which is her new favorite phrase and Ryan didn't realize how cool this was gonna be and how far you could see!
There was a beautiful park area to walk around the arch

The Arch

It's pretty big

I tried to get a good picture of the dryer you go up in

We have arrived... in South Carolina!

Well we are finally here and yes I know it has been along time coming. But before I regale you of such tales as bright green tree frogs and crickets bigger than a quarter I will tell you about our trip out here we drove from Lehi here to Goose Creek, South Carolina. We went through Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Which I will post pictures all about the whole trip but today is all about Cabella's. Ryan and I were driving along talking about where we were going to go for lunch and he saw a sign that said " Cabella's World Headquarter's" and so we just had to stop and we went in and bought some ammo and looked around surprisingly it is smaller than the one in Lehi but they have their own pond and fancy Restaurant separate from the store and here are pictures.
if you can't tell it says "Cabella's World Headquarters"

this was a huge statue out in front of the store

More to come later.
